Snoop Dogg is opening up about his infatuation with handbags.
In a new installment of Vogue's video series In the Bag, the 52-year-old rapper shares what he's been toting around the Paris Summer Olympics, where he's been serving as a special correspondent for NBC. Before he broke down the contents of his large red and white tote bag (emblazoned with his stage name and the Olympics logo), he gushed about his massive collection of bags.
"I love bags, backpacks, handbags, tote bags," he said. "I'm not gonna call it a man purse 'cause it ain't. I think I got less than a thousand, more than five hundred."
The musician also shared that he's "always" collected bags, and is carrying on the tradition while at the Olympics. "I went to the Olympic training facility yesterday and I left with a couple of bags," he shared.
Among the must-haves in his everyday bag, the "Drop It Like It's Hot" rapper carries perfume, an Xbox controller, Biscoff cookies, an iPad and jewelry.
The hip-hop legend's style has long been one of his most notable attributes.
"It's all about the outfit," he told Vogue while wearing a red, white and blue tracksuit. "The bag and the outfit has to coordinate. Everything has to go together. One thing about me is everything has to be uniform. It has to feel like it's together. If you notice this bag and this suit, they go together."

The following day, Gauff, 20, shouted out the rapper for his custom shirt dedicated to her. “Snoop has good fashion,” the tennis pro wrote in a photo of him in the shirt on her Instagram Stories.
In a joint video posted by the United States Tennis Association, Team USA and the Women’s Tennis Association, Snoop gives Gauff a pin of himself blowing smoke in the shape of the Olympic rings.
“Got something for you, beautiful. This is for you. Great game today. Go, USA," the new coach on The Voice says in the Instagram clip, to which Gauff replies, ”Hey, Mr. Snoop. Thanks for this pin. This is the best pin I've ever gotten.”
