The Lord Of The Rings: Tales of Middle-earth Live On MTGO
The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-earth is live now on Magic Online. The Modern-legal set comes with the usual offerings of Limited events, Commander Decks, Jumpstart leagues, art bundles, new avatars, and other items. Each Commander Deck sells for $34.99 and includes 20 unique cards.
Eight new avatars are available, with five coming in treasure chests while the remaining three require some effort to acquire.
The first five that can be found in treasure chests are:
- Arwen Undómiel
- Éowyn, Fearless Knight
- Gimli, Counter of Kills
- Legolas, Counter of Kills
- Sméagol, Helpful Guide
Unlock the other three by earning points via trophies. Get five points for a competitive trophy and one point for a friendly trophy. The other three are:
- Aragorn, the Uniter (earn five points)
- Frodo Baggins (earn 20 points)
- Gandalf the White (earn 40 points)
